The Group won our first tender project from the Urban Renewal Authority (URA), namely Project H18 Site C which is located at Gage Street & Graham Street.  The joint venture project is well located in the heart of the bustling Central financial hub and will be developed into a commercial complex comprising Grade-A office tower, a hotel and retail shops, providing a gross floor area of up to 40,275 square meter. Being adjacent to the Central-Mid Levels escalator with easy access to core Central, MTR, SOHO, and Mid Levels, the location is extremely convenient for office workers and travelers looking for easy accessibility and entertainment in the nearby area.  Construction is well underway with foundation work nearing completion.
